Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Primordial Spark LLC ("Company," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of WarRoomDraft.ai (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

WarRoomDraft.ai is a software-as-a-service web application. The Service, including any paid features, is provided "as is." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Paid Features

Certain features of the Service require payment. All purchases are one-time transactions unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you authorize Primordial Spark LLC to charge the stated amount via our payment processor, Stripe.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice for future purchases.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where:

• Required by applicable law; or
• The paid feature is materially non-functional due to a defect on our end.

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us at Andy.browning@warroomdraft.ai within 14 days of purchase with a description of the issue.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service;
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service or its content;
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Primordial Spark LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the paid features for personal or internal business purposes only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Primordial Spark LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the Effective Date above when changes are made.
