Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on WarRoomDraft.ai, operated by Primordial Spark LLC. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases of paid features on WarRoomDraft.ai are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind or no longer needing the feature;
• Failure to use the purchased feature;
• Dissatisfaction with results that fall within normal product operation.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund in the following limited circumstances:

• The paid feature is materially non-functional due to a defect on our end and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time; or
• A refund is required by applicable law.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, contact us within 14 days of your purchase at:

Please include your order confirmation, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots. We will respond within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may suspend your access to the Service pending resolution.
