Who We Are

War Room Draft is operated by Primordial Spark LLC. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service at warroomdraft.ai.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, display name, and a unique user ID from Google. This is used to identify your account and associate your drafts with you.

Phone Number

We may ask you to verify your phone number via SMS. Your phone number is used solely for account verification to prevent abuse of our free draft offering. We do not use your phone number for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than verification.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full credit card number. We store only the Stripe session ID and payment status to verify your purchase.

Draft Data

We store your draft sessions, including picks made, trades executed, and associated metadata. Only your 5 most recent drafts are retained; older drafts are automatically deleted.

Usage Data

We track draft counts per user to manage our free draft offering (one free draft per account).

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the draft simulation service
  • To authenticate your identity and prevent abuse
  • To process payments for paid drafts
  • To save and restore your draft sessions
  • To enforce usage limits (one free draft per account)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Google — OAuth authentication (sign-in)
  • Supabase — Database and authentication (stores account data, draft sessions)
  • Stripe — Payment processing (handles card data securely)
  • Twilio — SMS delivery for phone verification
  • Anthropic — AI model provider (processes draft pick and trade negotiation requests; no personal data is sent)

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies.

Data Retention

  • Account information is retained as long as your account exists
  • Draft sessions: only the 5 most recent are kept; older drafts are automatically deleted
  • Payment records are retained for accounting and dispute resolution
  • Usage records are stored and used for free draft enforcement

SMS Messages & Opt-Out

By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving SMS messages from War Room Draft solely for account verification purposes. These messages are transactional, not promotional.

Message frequency varies based on your login activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. To resume messages, reply START or UNSTOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at andy.browning@warroomdraft.ai.

We will never use your phone number for marketing or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data and account.
  • Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

Children's Privacy

War Room Draft is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. Do Not Sell My Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. This includes any sale as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or any similar state privacy law. We have never sold personal information and have no plans to do so.
